Mike leads workshops and seminars on improvisation, jazz and brass techniques. He is also in demand coaching ensembles, worship teams, leading workshops on contemporary worship, and leading classical and jazz piano masterclasses.

In all workshops and clinics, Mike's primary goal is to help the student learn to express themselves on their instrument and as a musician.   

Mike is a Master Adjudicator with the Wisconsin School Music Association Solo and Ensemble as well as Concert Festival events and has adjudicated at the district and state level for Wisconsin Music Teacher's Association events.

Workshops can be designed for your special need, whether this is for an established ensemble like a high school or church band or for a teaching studio or group of individuals such as a class on improvisation, recreational music making, or jazz piano.
